Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator is responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing. Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment. Being a Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. May be responsible for quality assurance and documentation. Additionally, Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. $19.10 to $20.10 per hour depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
CNC Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Proficient in the use of measuring instruments
- CNC saw experience
- CNC laser operator experience
- Fabrication experience
- Operate Okuma 560
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
- Pass Shop test given at interview
