Position Highlights
*Responsible for the patient/resident satisfaction scores and response rates that result from the customer satisfaction survey within the nursing center
*Collect data and report it to the Quality Improvement Committee on patient/resident satisfaction and customer service activity within the nursing center.
*Resolve patient/residents' concerns working with nursing center staff.
*Train all new and existing staff in the Genesis approach to customer service and the benefits and value of involvement in Guest Services.
*Manage the patient/customer discharge follow-up process.
*Ensure successful transition of new patients/residents into nursing center within 48 hours of admission.
*Confirm that all required patient/customer recreation documentation (Assessments, MDS, Care Plan, Progress Notes, etc.) is completed and up to date.
*Establish and maintain an effective volunteer program through recruiting, screening, orienting, training, supervising, evaluating, and recognizing volunteers.Benefits
