    Daily Responsibilities for Executive Director – Behavioral Health:
    • The Executive Director oversee daily operations of the assigned Behavior Health facility including recruiting/staffing, clinical supervision, facility growth, business development, performance improvement, and overall client needs
    • Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (NO on-call or weekends!)
      
    Required Qualifications for Executive Director – Behavioral Health:
    • Master’s Degree
    • Licensure: LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
    • 3 years of experience in leadership in the behavioral/mental health field

    Preferred Qualifications for Executive Director – Behavioral Health:
    • 5 years of experience

    Pay Details: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience) Plus annual bonus up to 15%
