Support Services Director - Healthcare oversees the health care facility's support services departments. Areas supervised may include laundry, housekeeping, food services, safety, facilities, and maintenance. Being a Support Services Director - Healthcare manages the development and administration of the provider organization's policies and procedures as they pertain to support services. Develops, implements, and administers the effective, efficient, and safe operation of nonclinical support activities. Additionally, Support Services Director - Healthcare may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Support Services Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Position Description:
Embassy Healthcare is looking for an LPN or RN to join the Embassy Regional Team! We are looking for candidates with assisted living and or personal care home experience, preferably in the DON/Wellness Director role with an excellent survey record.
The ideal will possess strong clinical skills and a working knowledge of state and federal regulations. Must be a team player, supportive of staff and a true resident advocate. Prior long term care experience is required. Travel within the state is required.
