Support Services Director - Healthcare jobs in New York
Support Services Director - Healthcare oversees the health care facility's support services departments. The Support Services Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:- Oversee, nurture, and organize the resident services team in alignment with teams guidelines, policies, and standards
- Develop and uphold a medication system that complies with federal, state, and company regulations, ensuring adherence to guidelines and laws
- Tuesday-Saturday 8-4pm OR 9-5pm, This is a fully in office role.
- A registered nurse as required by state regulations
- Must have prior leadership experience
- Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions
- Experience in recruiting, training and managing people in the healthcare field
