Support Services Director - Healthcare jobs in Kansas
Support Services Director - Healthcare oversees the health care facility's support services departments. Areas supervised may include laundry, housekeeping, food services, safety, facilities, and maintenance. Being a Support Services Director - Healthcare manages the development and administration of the provider organization's policies and procedures as they pertain to support services. Develops, implements, and administers the effective, efficient, and safe operation of nonclinical support activities. Additionally, Support Services Director - Healthcare may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Support Services Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Director of Women's Services
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Women's Services to fill an opening with a well-known Hospital in Overland Park, KS.
Daily Responsibilities for the Director of Women's Services:- Provides nursing leadership for assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care of Women's Services
- Collaborates with physicians and other departments to meet patient and family needs
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications for the Director of Women's Services:- Kansas RN license (or appropriate compact licensure)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years’ experience in leadership capacity (Supervisor, Manager or Director)
- Neonate Resuscitate and STABLE required and maintained
Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Women's Services:- Master’s Degree in Nursing

Pay Details: $95,000 - $142,000
