Support Services Director - Healthcare oversees the health care facility's support services departments. The Support Services Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Residential Services – LMHC / LISW / LMFT / CADC to fill an opening with a well-known behavioral health organization in Sioux City, IA.
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Residential Services – LMHC / LISW / LMFT / CADC :- Manage operational and clinical oversight of the residential program
- Supervise unit coordinators
- Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm
- A Master’s degree of Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related health field
- Certified Addiction/Drug Counselor (CADC) or LMHC/LISW/LMFT or established within 12 months
- Prior residential setting experience and 3 years of supervisory experience
