As the Division Operations Manager, you will analyze, design, develop, and track supply chain operational and financial data as it applies to the entire supply chain model within a Division. You serve as a supporting liaison between the Supply Chain Division COO, Facility Supply Chain Directors, CSC Procure to Pay Directors, and other stakeholders as applicable. You will utilize business intelligence applications and data analytics for validation and analysis of inventory management, operational efficiencies, and compliancy validation of various metrics. You will integrate this data into the Division’s and Hospital’s primary functions, which include developing, supporting, implementing, and validating these opportunities and/or processes.
What you will do in this role:
Design, develop, and/or analyze financial and operational data.
Run daily reports such as DAYACT, PCA, compliance and charge reconciliation reports to provide back to the SCD with identified action items.
Assist in designing, developing, and/or analyzing opportunities for process improvement.
Assist in designing, developing, and/or analyzing Customer Service and Employee Engagement Surveys for opportunities.
Assist in designing, developing, and/or analyzing implementation plans, identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution of the plan.
Raise and support the resolution of supply chain issues and improvement opportunities across the spectrum of departments.
Execute a continuous improvement program for supply chain functions.
Actively seek ways to control costs without compromising patient safety, quality of care of the services delivered.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Economics.
At least two years’ experience with managing multiple projects to successful completion that required financial modeling and analysis preferably in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, and supply chain or information systems oriented environments.
Proficiency in the use of all aspects and software provided in the Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel (Advanced), Access, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required.
A minimum of three years’ hospital supply chain or relevant hospital experience would be nice to have.
