Supply Chain Manager manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.     This position will execute on clinical supply plans and maintain the supply chain activities to support ongoing clinical program(s). Under the general supervision of the Sr, Manager, Clinical Supply Chain, this position will work closely with cross-functional teams (i.e., Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Sourcing, etc.) and external vendors to meet supply needs as required.


    What You'll Do

    • Manage end-to-end clinical supply responsibilities including but not limited to demand planning, distribution, label generation & artwork approval, planning and execution of labeling operations at CMOs/3PLs
    • Manage clinical material and ancillary supply and CSC operational tasks related to on-going and/or new clinical trials; track and report vendor metrics as required
    • Coordinate and monitoring supply plans including tracking and monitoring of domestic and international shipments to ensure timely deliveries of clinical supplies and resolve any shipping related issues
    • Review IRT inventory report for quantity, lot status, expiration dates; rebalance depot inventories when needed
    • Flexibility to work off PT normal business hours to hold meetings with domestic & international vendors
    • Occasional travel to support CSC audits and site visits

    What You'll Bring

    • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
    • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
    • Strong understanding of relevant FDA and/or ICH guidelines
    • Work experience in the GMP environment or in equivalent supply chain functions
    • Proficiency in MS Office and/or GSuite tools
    • Familiarity with project management & scheduling tools such as MS Project and/or Smartsheet
    • Demonstrated excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Experience with IRT systems preferred
