Position Summary:
We're looking for a Finance Manager - Supply Chain to act as a key Finance Business Partner to Welch's supply chain organization. This role will provide financial support to the procurement and external manufacturing departments, prepare KPI reporting for COS, and ensure integrity of the master data & costing data in Oracle.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results and demonstrated financial capability in a supply chain environment. The successful candidate must be hands-on, comfortable with tactical execution and possess a process improvement mindset.
