Supply Chain Director jobs in Chula Vista, CA

Job Location: Oceanside, CA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree on supply chain or operations
• 7 years of strategic supply chain experience
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems such as NetSuite is MUST
• Management Experience is a MUST
• Experience on demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, purchasing, and delivery performance.
• Leading a team of buyers, planners, and warehouse experience
• Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and scale the planning/buying team
• Inventory accuracy at both sites
• Collaborate with broader operations, sourcing teams and CMOs in Japan and India
• Support continuous improvement in the EHS management system.
• Implementing improvements in areas such as cGMP training, core competencies, technical skills, safety, and performance management.
• Continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP
• Establish, evaluate, and report on KPIs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year
