Supply Chain Director directs overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods. Develops and implements a strategy to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. As our Director of Supply Chain you will oversee Supply Chain Management. This position will manage the direction, development, and execution of customer supply chain management and be responsible for developing short- and long-term strategies to support sales growth and profitability across Lundberg Family Farms’ (LFF) supply chain network. You will provide supply chain leadership and direction on a cross-functional basis working with the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Supply Chain Operations. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a highly developed set of general management, analytic, and project management skills that translate into measurable results.
