Due to the growth of our business, Fusion Orthopedics USA, LLC is in need of the professional service of a Director of Supply Chain. Specifically, the Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and manage company’s overall supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics and warehousing to maximize efficiency, reduce risk, and minimize cost of the company.
• Direct and establish SOP procedures and work instructions for company’s supply chain department.
• Analyze inventories to determine how to minimize indirect and direct supply chain related costs, increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
• Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the company’s supply chain.
• Conduct data analysis on each segment of the supply chain, monitor the outcomes and initiate plans to continuous improvements.
• Manage activities related to production, budgeting, forecasting, strategic or tactical purchasing, controlling inventory and warehousing.
• Design and develop supply chain network and procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas in the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, or related.
• Six months experience in analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL, simulation and modeling software.

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and contracts negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
