Supply Chain Director jobs in Arizona

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Director of Supply Chain to oversee the comprehensive supply chain operations for our facility or multiple facilities. This role involves managing purchasing, inventory, and distribution of supplies and equipment, with a focus on optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will develop strategic plans to enhance productivity and quality while ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues. Reporting to the Hospital CFO with an indirect reporting line to the Regional Supply Chain Leader, the Director of Supply Chain will lead and direct the work of others, build key relationships, and actively participate in committees and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Evaluate financial performance against targets, ensuring contract compliance, budget adherence, and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Resolve issues related to existing and new products in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Lead product conversion efforts at the hospital.
• Build and maintain relationships with peers and administrative leadership.
• Participate in various committees and meetings as required.
• Direct and supervise the work of team members.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Preferred experience at the Hospital RN Director level.
• 3 years of experience in Hospital Supply Chain operations.

Certifications:

• Certified Materials and Resources Professional (CMRP) certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $135,000.00 per year
