The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 94,944.00 USD - 124,614.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. The Sr. Analyst, Customer Supply Chain (E-Commerce) leads the development of supply chain strategies and tactics for eCommerce customers. Focused on identifying supply chain insights to best balance the needs of Lifestyle Brands and assigned customers to deliver the Operating Plan. Responsible for driving efficient supply chain practices to drive growth, service, and profit objectives. Drive the development and alignment of the supply chain strategy via executive engagement with SCJ and Customers. Focus on establishing the Business Process and Functional Capability necessary to deliver superior supply chain and replenishment metrics. Actively partner with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure the supply chain elements are properly integrated into short and long term business planning and serve as the primary liaison between our Sales organization, customers, and operations functions in relation to supply chain opportunities. The goal is to achieve preferred supplier status and deliver against Lifestyle Brands growth and profit objectives.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Owns Customer Supply Chain Tactics Strategy; drives the implementation of Lifestyle Brands initiatives at eCommerce customers while also representing the 'voice of the customer' internally to Lifestyle Brands.
Leads end to end Direct to Consumer supply chain management including inventory management, reverse logistics, order reconciliation, and process improvements
Owns the management and oversight of eCommerce customer chargebacks and shortages
Leads the development of analytics, strategies and plans to deliver against On-Time / In-Full Requirements
Facilitate customer performance discussions and solutions with a strong focus on OTIF from a service and cost mitigation perspective internally and externally
Accountable for Supply Chain Roadmap planning with selected customers; specific Route to Market Operations Flow, Optimizing Costs in the End-to-End Supply Chain and Maximizing Availability
Accountable for supply chain and replenishment insights into the internal and external Collaborative Planning Forecasting for Seasonal and Promos
Partners with the Sales Management team to execute against strategic customer development opportunities
Supports onboarding and rollout of new eCommerce customers
Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
3 years of experience in Supply Chain related fields
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field
Preferred:
Ability to manage multiple priorities between projects and daily routines
Basic computer skills in Word, advanced skills in Excel, BW, SAP and Power Point and preferably in Tableau or SQL
ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Demonstrated customer facing experience
Amazon Vendor Central experience
Proactive, decisional, goal and results oriented
Assertive, collaborative, and able to work across organizational structures
Solid financial analysis ability
Negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Externally focused - with knowledge of eCommerce and Omnichannel
Skilled in supply chain analytics using customer data, demonstrated experience using data to influence customer actions experience in demand planning forecasting
Demonstrated analytical thinker skilled in problem solving, plan development and priority setting
