-Valid licensure or certification as a Substance Use Counselor (CASAC, CASAC-T, CASAC-P) or
*Willingness to participate in employer paid 350 hour CASAC training*
-Experience in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
-Knowledge of various treatment modalities, including person centered therapies
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all aspects of work
