Subrogation Supervisor jobs in Oklahoma
Subrogation Supervisor supervises the activities of the department which processes subrogation claims, such as duplicate coverage, workers' compensation, and no-fault claims according to established standards and schedules. Develops and maintains efficient other party liability and coordination of benefits systems. Being a Subrogation Supervisor may be responsible for hiring, training, and firing staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Subrogation Supervisor typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Subrogation Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. REQUIREMENTS
- Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours)
- Assist in counting out cash registers.
- Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product.
- Expedite food to guests.
- Follow directions of management.
- Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling.
- Strong Customer Service
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to individuals
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Positive Attitude and self-disciplined
- Demonstrates maturity and professional demeanor at all times
- Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
