Subrogation Supervisor jobs in New London, CT
Subrogation Supervisor supervises the activities of the department which processes subrogation claims, such as duplicate coverage, workers' compensation, and no-fault claims according to established standards and schedules. Develops and maintains efficient other party liability and coordination of benefits systems. Being a Subrogation Supervisor may be responsible for hiring, training, and firing staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Subrogation Supervisor typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Subrogation Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Direct back of house operations managing cooks
- Manage people and oversee production of high-volume establishment
- Use a POS system
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
- Monitor cooking and chill temperatures
- Provide various support to all FOH and BOH staff during shifts, as needed.
- Develop and organize BOH through cleaning, maintenance, equipment care, and ordering and receiving.
- Oversee the kitchen staff while maintaining safety precautions
- Deal directly with FOH and bar management to resolve any issues.
