Subrogation Manager jobs in North Dakota

Subrogation Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the department which processes subrogation claims according to established standards and schedules. Oversees the evaluation of subrogation claims and recovery of overpayments for duplicate coverage, workers' compensation, and no-fault claims. Being a Subrogation Manager develops and maintains efficient other party liability and coordination of benefits systems. May be responsible for hiring, training, and firing staff. Additionally, Subrogation Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Subrogation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     • You're a business innovator: Because you own the controllable elements of your store's P&L, you are skilled at analyzing reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions in order to achieve store financial goals.

By evaluating traffic, calendars and payroll reports, you're able to make scheduling adjustments to meet business needs.     PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION:
    • Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
