    Prepares basic financial reports under general supervision. Performs moderately complex activities related to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.

    Assist location managers in reviewing and analyzing weekly/monthly financial reports. Identify and explain variances to budget/forecast.

    Track Minority/Disadvantaged Vendor spend. Build Excel spreadsheet to track and report on spend levels monthly, Year to Date and Annually.

    Assist in preparing the billing data that will be used to invoice our customers.

    Assist with preparation of weekly/monthly financial reports to be submitted to the Region Office.

    Prepares journal entries as needed.

    Build Ad Hoc Excel spreadsheets to support the location management.

    Assist location management with the collection of past due balances from the customers.

    Match up vendor invoices, code and submit them for payment.

    Assist in the preparation of the weekly payroll.

    Minimum Education & Certifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

    Experience & Skills Required:

    3-5 years of related experience.

    Thorough knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.

    Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including building spreadsheets with complex formulas from scratch required.

    Experience with all MS Office products and accounting software preferred.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Highly organized, deadline-oriented, possess high attention to detail
