As an Activities Aide, your primary responsibility is to assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for residents. These activities may include games, arts and crafts, music therapy, exercise programs, outings, and social events. Each activity is to be monitored and this job does require ability to be sensitive to residents' moods and provide emotional support during activities.
