The Assistant Director of Student Activities/House Director is a full-time position which assists in overseeing and coordinating the school's efforts to create and maintain a fully inclusive environment in student government, leadership, activities and events, clubs, and the House System. While being passionate about our Catholic, Marianist values, the Assistant Director of Student Activities/House Director must be energetic, dynamic, and have strong communication, leadership, collaborative, strategic, and organizational skills.
The Assistant Director of Student Activities/House Director will report to the Director of Student Activities and will need to interact within and across departmental lines and be able to network and communicate among the constituents of Chaminade College Preparatory to oversee the following: House Heads; Advisory Mentors; and Student House Captains.
This position includes 40% in the Office of Student Activities and 60% teaching load (3 classes). The position is full-time exempt with a base annual salary of $60,789 to $85,852 based upon education and experience.

Salary and Benefits
