We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Director to join our team. As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating engaging activities for our senior residents. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our senior residents
- Plan and organize a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities to promote engagement and enhance quality of life
- Coordinate outings, events, and special programs both on-site and off-site
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure activities are tailored to meet individual resident needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages resident involvement and participation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines related to activities programming

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in life enrichment or related field preferred
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices
- Ability to assess resident needs and develop appropriate activity plans
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a senior living environment.
