    What you'll get to do:

    • Fabricate intricate subassemblies and perform integration of subassemblies with electrical, optical and mechanical components for production units.
    • Independently follow detailed, pre-approved work instructions and test procedures and record detailed test data in Travelers
    • Support requests for parts, materials and equipment required for assembly and testing of subassemblies.
    • Ensure that all tools, equipment, and consumables are within calibration and expiration dates.

    You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Experience with custom, intricate assembly.
    • Use of optical sources, power meters, and optical spectrum analyzers to test optical components.
    • General understanding of how to follow detailed and instructions and record required information in Travelers for traceability
    • High School Diploma and 0-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
    • Work is typically performed in an ESD environment which requires proper safety precautions.​
    • Ability to use your hands in a skillful, coordinated way to grasp and manipulate objects and demonstrate small, precise movements.
    • Ability to follow detailed work instructions or test procedures
