Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Strategic Account Manager will manage an assigned list of high-profile institutions and will be responsible to drive company revenue growth by providing state of the art, automated scrub dispensing solutions and expertise in the marketplace. In this critical role, the Strategic Account Manager will develop key account relationships, identify new business opportunities and act as the liaison between the key customer contacts, Crown's customer service management team and vendor partners.
