As a Strategic Planning & Operations Manager in Process Development – Drug Product Technologies, you will be accountable for assisting in the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives. This involves managing strategic projects, monitoring and reporting on operational performance, and collaborating with different departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
In role you will be asked to oversee, lead, and participate in workstreams including but not limited to budget planning and management, workforce planning, training oversight, operational improvement initiatives, meeting management, project management, lab management, and data manipulation/visualization.
In addition, the role will be a part of the business strategy and development team and will be expected to support a variety of high impact core business deliverables and contribute to business strategy both ideation, and delivery.
Role to be based out of Thousand Oaks, CA or our Cambridge, MA site, but may be able to consider hybrid or remote work.

Doctorate degree OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of Business operations, data science, or drug development experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Business operations, data science, or drug development experience OR
Associate’s degree and 8 years of Business operations, data science, or drug development experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Business operations, data science, or drug development experience
Excellent written and verbal communication as well as documentation practices
Well developed soft skills
Project management expertise (PMP certification not required)
Advanced user of defined data stack
Familiarity with basic scientific principles, instrument types, and research methods
Previous experience in data manipulation and visualization
Demonstrated ability in providing leadership to cross-functional teams to advance complex projects to completion.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
