Strategic Planning Manager manages the analytical and research activities supporting an organization's strategic, short-term, and long-range goal planning function. Oversees data collection and conducts organizational reviews to identify the business's strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness. Being a Strategic Planning Manager leads the research of emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and the viability of outside business partners. Develops recommendations for internal business process improvement. Additionally, Strategic Planning Manager designs and executes methods to track and measure organizational performance data to use for planning. Requires a bachelor's degree.     Site Security Manager - DEERS/RAPIDS (Part-Time)

    Job Description

    Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001:2015 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 35 years of experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking customer-oriented Site Security Managers in support of United State Army Identification Card (ID) and Common Access Cards (CAC) to military, retirees, their families, and Department of the Army civilians.

    Overview:

    Responsible for accountability, control, verification and issuance of military identification cards and Common Access Cards (CAC) for active-duty military, Reserve and National Guard members, military retirees, family members and dependents, and other eligible recipients.

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Performs all roles of the Verifying Official, plus installs new hardware components, runs, and reviews audit reports, and manages users, security, cardstock, and consumables.
    • Controls and issues identification tags and Geneva Convention Cards to military members, deploying civilian employees and other eligible recipients.
    • Screens Soldiers, family members and dependents for purpose of visit.
    • Briefs Soldiers and family members on policies and procedures.
    • Maintains the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and the Real-Time Automated Identification System (RAPIDS).
    • Performs all ID Card and CAC issuance related tasks including research and review of source documents, verification of eligibility, and discussion of entitlements as defined in AFI 36-3026(I) and the RAPIDS Training Guide.
    • Issues memorandums of authorization for use of Commissary and Post Exchange to eligible customers, as well as Government ID Cards (DA Form 1602) to eligible Government employees.
    • Performs routine maintenance on computers and printers, i.e., changes ribbons, adds toner and developer, cleans printers, etc.
    • Revises and prints correspondence in the proper format under applicable regulations and guidelines and prepares weekly and monthly reports of work and work activities.
    • Counts and records all turned in cardstock and returns them to the Defense Manpower organization in accordance with security guidelines. Performs RAPIDS security overrides for document and fingerprint support. Mentors, guides, and trains Verifying Officials. Reports daily attendance of staff to chain of command for accountability. Maintains keys for building access as well as keys for all sensitive ID supplies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least one year of experience in a site lead in a customer service environment, preferably in a Human Resources related position.
    • The ability to work at an accelerated pace.
    • Obtain a favorable criminal background check and security investigation.
    • US Citizen.
    • Proficient in English, both written and oral.
    • Proven customer service skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and Internet Explorer 7 or above.
    • Proficient in the use of basic office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, scanners.
    • Must successfully complete RAPIDS certification within seven business days after being hired.
    • Type 25 words per minute.
    • Previous CAC or similar Government contract employment experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with the military is desirable.

    Work schedule: Hour of operation vary by location, but most locations are open from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday.
