Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis activities with a focus in Store Operations expenses and company’s Operating expenses. This position will drive the monthly and quarterly financial evaluations to gain insights into key business drivers, working collaboratively with business leaders to achieve cost efficiencies and drive profitability growth. Additionally, the Finance Manager will work closely with business leaders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that identify sales and profitability opportunities, while implementing best practices to optimize operational expenses and improve overall performance. This role will also be instrumental in enhancing financial systems, refining business processes, and generating new data insights to effectively achieve company goals and objectives.

· Enhance decision-making by providing fact-based recommendations for short and long-term business goals through comprehensive business analysis and reporting
