Strategic Planning Director directs and oversees an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function. Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. Being a Strategic Planning Director analyzes emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital. Establishes and retains relationships with industry analysts and the investment community. Additionally, Strategic Planning Director utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively. Develops reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership. Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Strategic Planning Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Strategic Planning Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     3. Digital Marketing

    · Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPI’s, and optimize marketing performance.

    · Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance initiative and competitiveness.

    4. Content Strategy

    · Develop a content strategy that aligns with FWP’s brand positioning and resonates with target audience.

    · Create compelling content for various channels such as blogs, videos, podcasts, and webinars to educate and engage prospects and clients.

    · Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.

    5. Client Engagement

    · Implement client engagement strategies to nurture relationships and foster loyalty among existing clients.

    · Coordinate client events seminars and webinars to provide value added insights and networking opportunities.

    · Collect client feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

    6. Leadership

    · Build and lead a high performing marketing team.

    · Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

    · Foster a collaborative and initiative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

    · Collaborate class cross functionally with other departments such as business development, compliance, advisory team and operations to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s and marketing business administration or related field

    · Master’s degree preferred.

    · Proven experience of 5-7 years in marketing leadership roles within financial services industry preferably wealth management

    · Strong understanding of wealth management product services and industry regulations

    · Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel strategies.

    · Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

    · Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

    · Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data identify strengths and make data driven decisions.

    · Strong leadership in team building skills with a history of managing and developing high performing teams.

    · Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

    · Expertise in Business to Customer, or Business to Consumer method (B2C)

    · Proficiency in CPC (click per cost)

    · Knowledge in campaign testing

    Salary:

    $100,000 – $150,000

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
