Strategic Planning Analyst assists in the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives for an organization. Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity. Being a Strategic Planning Analyst may be responsible for external corporate communications with industry analysts and the investment community. May also be responsible for recommending strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans. Additionally, Strategic Planning Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to project leader or manager. The Strategic Planning Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of client needs
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Implement positive behavior support strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Skills:
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, preferably in a special education or behavioral therapy setting
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Note: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have RBT certification.
