Strategic Planning Analyst assists in the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives for an organization. Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity. Being a Strategic Planning Analyst may be responsible for external corporate communications with industry analysts and the investment community. May also be responsible for recommending strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans. Additionally, Strategic Planning Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to project leader or manager. The Strategic Planning Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Key job responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, to understand and document their requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes.
o Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications that can be understood by engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
Data Analysis and Insights:
o Work closely with engineers, analysts, and data scientists to understand the available sources, quality, and analytical capabilities.
o Leverage data analysis techniques to identify insights that can inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Solution Design and Implementation:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business requirements and drive value.
o Ensure that the proposed solutions align with best practices, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements.
o Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring understanding of the solution's capabilities and limitations.
Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
o Participate and lead project planning to ensure successful delivery of data-driven initiatives.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, and risks effectively.
o Foster relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to promote collaboration and alignment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
