Strategic Planning Analyst jobs in San Bernardino, CA

Reporting to the Tribal Chief Judge and Tribal Court Operations Manager, the Tribal Youth Strategic Planning Manager will be responsible to manage the day-to-day activities involving the strategic planning and working with the tribal court planning team along with (OJJDP) Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (TTA) providers. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans focused on the well-being, empowerment, and advancement of tribal youth within the tribal community. This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week with limited benefits (no medical, dental, vision).

• Associate degree in a relevant field such as social work, youth development, public administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in youth development initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of tribal culture, traditions, governance structures, and community dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities, including experience in team management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to equity, inclusivity, and culturally responsive practices in all aspects of youth programming and strategic planning.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified/sensitive information.
