This includes working with cross functional implementation teams, ensuring information is being presented efficiently and properly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required Language: English Advanced (Fluent in written and spoken English) Work schedule: Based in Salinas or Monterrey Plant but Home Office allowed. 3 or more years of experience in financial analysis and accounting Operations or Cost Accounting experience is ideal Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with SAP and Hyperion is an advantage Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is preferred Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, succinct and persuasive manner Possess critical thinking skills, quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data Influence cross functional team members Ability to show initiative and make impactful decisions with little to no supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task managing multiple projects Strong technical skills/agility with a variety of systems No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International is the world’s largest chocolate, biscuit and candy maker, and the second largest gum maker.
