Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity. Being a Strategic Planning Analyst may be responsible for external corporate communications with industry analysts and the investment community. May also be responsible for recommending strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans. Additionally, Strategic Planning Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to project leader or manager. The Strategic Planning Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Manufacturing Production Planning & Control work focuses on managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards including:
• Planning and controlling production schedules and coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials
• Estimating and scheduling the human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the production process
• Researching, evaluating, and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance organization's production capabilities
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
Must be able to work in production environment conditions including heat and humidity during summer months
Must be able to work continuous ops schedule (12-hour shift with rotating schedule)
Currently this is a 3 AM - 3 PM shift, 10% premium will apply to salary
