    Job Description

    Responsible for capacity planning & strategy plans for assigned business units. Ongoing tasks would be to improve and maintain the workflow and operating efficiency of assigned business line(s). Makes recommendations around staffing strategies and/or to standardize procedures and processes. At times, will provide ad hoc analyses for business case development, and internal consulting for all levels of management. Monthly capacity reviews with the business lines are conducted, along with ad hoc presentation decks in cases of capacity impacted projects or initiatives. Ensures all documentation and requests comply with established policies and procedures. Oversees compliance related tasks for capacity team and provide requisition support for assigned Business Lines.

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. This individual will need to commute 3 days a week at one of the following locations:

    • Dallas, TX
    • Cincinnati, OH
    • Owensboro, KY
    • Charlotte, NC
    • Minneapolis, MN
    • Saint Paul, MN
    • Earth City, MO

    Basic Qualifications
    - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
    - 10 or more years of related experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    - Advanced knowledge of forecasting, WFM practices, capacity planning
    - Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
    - Comprehensive understanding of capacity/workforce planning methodologies, mechanics, procedures and metrics.
    - Ability to develop capacity plans, adhoc reports and analysis related to impacts to staffing strategy
    - Strong analytical and forecasting skills

    - Strong financial/banking background
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision
    - Ability to work as a team leader, and to work with and present to varying levels of leadership
    - Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
    - Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Pay Range: $79,220.00 - $93,200.00 - $102,520.00
