Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity. Being a Strategic Planning Analyst may be responsible for external corporate communications with industry analysts and the investment community. May also be responsible for recommending strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans. Additionally, Strategic Planning Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities:
· Perform data analytics for a program specific bill of material and the inventory projections associated with it.
· Perform monthly variance analysis and reconciliations to proactively identify opportunities or risks that will impact future projections.
· Reconcile data discrepancies and perform root cause correction action.
· Run a variety of weekly / monthly reports to help align SCM and Program and drive business decisions.
· Present information monthly to Supply Chain, Program and Finance Leaders.
· Participates in regular meetings and support the daily activities of the program of responsibility.
· Troubleshoot process and tool issues and determine root cause, then recommends solutions or refers to appropriate organization for resolution.
Education/Experience
· Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, & Business Administration and 3 to 5 years' related work experience· Master's degree and 1 to 3 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Skills
· Advanced skills and experience with Access and Excel· Experience with SAP, CRM systems and data extraction· Proven ability to understand requests, establish process plan to achieve targeted outcome and metrics for executive level communication· Process improvement and creation driven mindset and ability to execute· Manufacturing background and/or Supply Chain background preferred
