Position Summary:
At SDIC, We are looking for a talented strategic planning analyst to join our group and bring new energy to our process. You should be ready to help at all stages of strategic planning and operations, ensuring that our projects are planned, executed, and shared efficiently and seamlessly. You will work closely with the leadership, project teams, and operations management to make sure all strategic planning related to our projects and operational tasks is completed. We are interested in passionate and self-motivated individuals who are comfortable in a highly fluid environment.

Position Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of long-term and short-term goals to ensure continued successful growth by studying, analyzing, and monitoring SDIC’s activities internally and externally
- Coordinates and integrates SDIC plans with the goals and objectives. Reviews and reports on achievement of performance versus strategic plans. Advises and recommends strategies based on reviews
- Plans and organizes, and implements assigned strategic planning tasks. Monitors and analyzes resources needed, determines scope and execution, tracks progress towards milestones, establishes timelines, and evaluates progress
- Works collaboratively with project teams and internal-external team members and stakeholders to help project goals. Establishes project communication plans and ensures internal/external stakeholders are informed regarding project processes and impact
- Evaluates existing programs to identify improvements and to measure outcomes. Analyzes current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency. Collects data, performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business
- Assists in the development and delivering of training programs or presentations and recommends program revisions
- Monitors and maintains compliance with organization policy
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external teams, customers, vendors, and others to resolve issues and meet project goals
- Headcount and hiring planning and supports as a resource management
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3 years of Business Planning, Operations experiences, Program Management
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with responsiveness and follow-through on details
- Ability to develop strong relationships and enable cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
- Experience with a client services or design organization, working in a client or executive stakeholder facing role with a passion for human-centered design

- Manages SDIC, E&I scheduling and coordination of all business and projects related events
- Manages facilities, including maintenance, repairs, improvements, and planning by serving as the primary liaison to building management
- Facilitates third party vendors/contractors engagements, onboarding, off boarding, tracking, and communication management
- Leads initiatives to develop, plan, and organize culture-building activities and office wide events
- Supports onboarding, and off boarding of employees
- Manages office calendar, schedule and updates
- Oversees security officers, manages security policy, and visitor control
