Orders, receives, inspects, warehouses and issues equipment, materials, and supplies for Sunnyside Apartments (family and graduate housing) Maintenance stockroom.

Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required
Nearly Continuously: Hearing, listening, talking.
Often: walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Seldom: Bending, reaching overhead, lifting over 50 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications
One year shipping and receiving or stockroom experience, or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education); the ability to move or manipulate heavy objects; demonstrated human relation skills in dealing with customers; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required. Computer and/or data entry skills may be preferred. A valid Utah Drivers license with proof of insurability may be required for persons in positions that require delivery.
Preferences
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC parts etc. highly preferred. Forklift experience preferred.
