Stock Records Clerk maintains records documenting ownership of stock under the control of the brokerage. Completes verification procedures and prepares records for archiving. Being a Stock Records Clerk may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. This division operates 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will require shift work, working holidays, and weekends. This position may include third shift/overnight hours in the future.
Completion of a secondary education or equivalent plus specialized training preferred. Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License and a clean criminal record. Ability to obtain and maintain LEADS/NCIC operation certification.
