As a Retirement Plan Administrator you will:

A week in the life of a Retrirement Plan Administrator:
- Serve as the ESOP Internal Point of Contact and maintain high level of ESOP knowledge
- Collect, organize, reconcile, and review detailed data for annual census (for approximately 2,000 active employees) and questionnaires
- Calculate/project detailed eligible compensation and prepare complicated ESOP contribution and allocation calculations; Review, validate, ensure accuracy, and approve detailed year-end data and reports from third-party administrator (TPA)
- Calculate distribution amounts for potential thousands of participants; Monitor distribution process; Coordinate stock/cash contributions and redemptions with all parties involved; maintain accurate ESOP transaction records and reports
- Provide accurate cash projections to CFO/treasury; Provide written status reports to ESOP Administrative Committee and Trustee
- Coordinate annual ESOP statement preparation process covering 3,500 to 4,000 participants
- Prepare and review ESOP documents, including Distribution Policy, Summary Plan Description, and Plan Amendments
- Prepare/update/present ESOP training and educational information
- Develop complex repurchase obligation projections at least annually
- Prepare clear/concise projections, analyses, summaries, and recommendations for potential changes to policies and assumptions

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $80k - $130k. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
