We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist senior stock plan administrators, including the management of daily equity plan functions.

We are looking for an individual able to handle daily office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, including a positive presence in the workplace.

Associate Stock Plan Administrator Responsibilities and required skills :

• Using computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, conduct research, excellent computer skills, typing and Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, have a strong ability to organize tasks and maintain notes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and work under pressure.
• Works well with others, team support.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented.
• Pay $25 / hr. Approx. 20 hours / week
