Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As a Receptionist/Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operation of the office. This is a vital role as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

We are a licensed cannabis facility with direct focus on packaging, manufacturing and branding.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry, manage files, and organize documents
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:
- Metrc experience preferred
- Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Sheets
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
