What would you do as a Facilities Manager

Join us at Dollar Loan Center as a Facilities Manager and take on the exciting responsibility of performing unscheduled quarterly inspections at each store location. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial as you use a checklist to document any changes or issues, ensuring that all locations are maintained at the highest standard. Delegating duties and coordinating with vendors, you'll oversee the inspection of store presentation and ensure that everything is in top condition. Would you be a great Facilities Manager ?

To excel as a Facilities Manager at Dollar Loan Center, you'll need a diverse skill set to oversee construction projects, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, HVAC, signage, and office furniture tasks effectively. Proficiency in managing Facilities staff, conducting goal setting, providing feedback, and conducting annual performance appraisals is essential for leadership in this role. Strong project management capabilities are key to ensure the seamless execution of tasks.

A deep understanding of county roads, city regions, and traffic patterns is crucial for successful navigation between locations. Your ability to juggle various responsibilities, lead a team with excellence, and keep our facilities running smoothly will be instrumental in our ongoing success.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Handle all new construction of stores from start to finish with a documented plan using outside vendors and FTS staff while ensuring compliance with ADA building standards.

Manage the activities within Facilities, prioritizing emergency issues, day to day assignments, and large projects to ensure deadlines are met and internal/external customers are satisfied. Delegate appropriately.

Pro-actively review all facility issues to avoid potential store issues that could result in closure.
