As a Ration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Duties:

• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents
• Maintain and update office records and databases
• Assist with order entry and inventory management
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
• Assist with office management tasks as needed
• Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
