Additionally, Stock Clerk, Sr. requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Stock Clerk, Sr. typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. Help assist the department manager in exceeding goals for gross profit, shrink and sales. Instill in others the daily goal of accomplishing the Renfroe’s mission statement.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Unload and organize truck shipments consistent with store procedures.
    • Stock shelves
    • Rotate product to ensure the freshest possible product for our customers.
    • Meet and exceed a 35 case per hour productivity rate.
    • Keep back room stock areas organized and rotated to ensure a FIFO operating procedure.
    • Block and face shelving.
    • Maintain, build and deconstruct displays and endcaps.
    • Help bag and complete takeout service when needed due to customer traffic.
    • Complete warehouse orders.
    • Greet and assist customers in finding products while in the store.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly in the area of maintenance of a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination.
    • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
