```Overview```
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our team. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This position requires basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

```Experience```
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to sell products and upsell to customers
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Experience with product demonstrations is an asset
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep the store tidy
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or other languages, are advantageous for serving diverse customers
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
