Observes patients' progress and records observations in patient medical records. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Pediatrics - Home Care promotes patients' independence by teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. What does a Home Care nurse do?
As a Home Care Nurse you will be providing cares such as g-tube feedings, system assessments, and mobility/therapeutic assistance to a 14 year blind child in the Grand Junction area. You will play a critical role in this families support system ensuring that this young individual are able to live life as normal as possible. You will provide teaching, education, and clinically support the family with maintaining their child in their home setting. This would be a Monday - Friday daytime hour opportunity for the right individual.
