Staff Nurse - RN - Hospice provides professional nursing care to assigned terminally ill patients in a hospice environment. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Being a Staff Nurse - RN - Hospice performs examinations and prescribed procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary. Observes patients' condition and records observations in patient medical records. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Hospice typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a valid state RN license. Staff Nurse - RN - Hospice's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Location: Oneonta, NY
Position: Nurse Supervisor LTC
Shift: Days
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Gross: $ 2,554 (based on 36 hours)
Estimated NET: $ 2,186 (based on 36 hours)
Misc. and I E : $ 530(non-tax weekly)
Lodging : $ 800 per week
OT Rate: $ 90/hour (after 40 hours)
Weekly gross $ 3,410 (Based on 48 hours)
Est. Weekly Net $ 2,786 (Based on 48 hours)
New York State Registered Nurse (NYS RN) license required.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 2 years long term care clinical experience required.
Travelers cannot be resident of Otsego county.
Referral Bonus from $250 up to $2000!!
