One year experience as a RN in a clinical care setting with hospice experience preferred. New graduates will be considered based on previous experience with hospice. After hour and on-call differential pay on top of on-call per diem provided but limited on call is required with this position. Qualified candidates include being a graduate of an accredited Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing; Current Oklahoma state license as a Registered Nurse; Current Oklahoma Driver’s License; Have a current Oklahoma Driver's License. • Assist in identifying and holistically managing patient needs
• Collaborate with IDG in planning and implementing Plan of Care
• Deliver quality patient care with focus on continuity throughout the hospice team
• Communicate well in all aspects of care with team members, documentation, and patient/family
• Be committed to professional growth and establishing specialty with hospice care
• Provide excellent care through triage and on-call roles

Pay: $74,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
