Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Home Care Admissions initiates care with service providers. Completes admission, referral, and insurance forms. Utilizes health record management software. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent. Requires an RN license. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Department of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Resource Float Staff Nurse (RN) to work weekend nights for the Medical Surgical Services (MSS) division. CRU Team 4 areas include the following units: Adult Acute Care, Transplant and General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopedics, General Medicine, Hematology/Oncology & Urology, Adult Bone Morrow Transplant, Medical Observation, Short Stay Recovery, and Medical Psychiatry.
Percent of Time: 60% (24 hours/week)
Schedule: Saturday/Sunday Nights, 2300 - 0730
Location: CRU Team 4 (Medical Surgical Services Division) UIHC Main Campus
Rotations: Rotating holidays
